Withdrawal After Course Start: If you withdraw after the course has begun, refunds will be prorated based on the number of classes attended or the percentage of the course completed.
2. Non-Refundable Fees
The following fees are non-refundable:
Registration Fees: All registration fees are non-refundable.
Materials Fees: Fees for any course materials or textbooks provided by Young Minds Academy are non-refundable.
Late Fees and Penalties: Any fees incurred due to late payments or penalties are non-refundable.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
Submit a Written Request: Send a written request to youngmindssrd@gmail.com with your name, course details, and reason for the refund.
Verification: Your request will be reviewed, and you may be asked to provide additional information or documentation.
Approval and Processing: If your refund is approved, we will process it within 7 working days of approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.
4. Conditions and Exceptions
Medical or Emergency Withdrawals: In cases of medical emergencies or other extenuating circumstances, we may offer special consideration for refunds. Documentation may be required.
Online Courses: Refunds for online courses are subject to the same terms as in-person courses. Access to course materials may be restricted upon refund approval.
Discounts and Promotions: Refunds will be calculated based on the original fee paid, excluding any discounts or promotions applied at the time of payment.
